D share mutual funds
D share mutual funds are usually no load mutual funds. Many D share mutual funds are institutional mutual funds meaning that the minimum requirements for investing in them are often high such as over a million dollar in investment. There are some D share mutual funds with low minimum investment. In your mutual fund research, you should pay some attention to D share mutual funds and no load mutual funds. They are not necessarily the best mutual funds. But, if you can invest in them, they have less fees which can be beneficial to mutual funds investors.
